English Georgian Customs Hanger.
A 18th century brass and steel hilted hanger carried by members of the British customs. T he curved blade is stained overall with no original polish remaining.There are some nicks and light pitting towards the last eight inches of the blade.Identical hilted swords were carried by British Army medical staffbut the difference being that their pattern of hanger had a straight rather than curved blade.Postage charged at cost.
