Beautiful honey coloured Pitch pine stick/umbrella stand made in about 1890-1910. The maker was very proud of it as it has NEC burn stamped on the underside and the wedged through mortise and tenon joints are crisp and exact. The size is Goldie Locks, not to big and not to small so its not overly dominating in a hall way but still a good size for plenty of walking sticks and brollies. It would have had drip trays originally but these have clearly been lost a long time ago and has been used regardless. It has a chipped bottom leg, please see the photographs, but does not detract from its overall appearance. Please contact for delivery and payment enquires.
