Antique quality late Victorian or Edwardian mahogany Wellington chest of drawers.
This is a lovely chest, that is full of age and character.
A rare piece having clean simple lines and canted corners with blind fretwork decoration.
The oak lined drawers slide freely.
Overall maximum dimensions 60.5cmW x 43cmD x 108.5cmH.
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs and alterations, as is always the way and to be expected with genuine antique furniture. Internal marks and stains to the drawers as usual. A few historic woodworm holes, believed extinct, that have been treated for good measure. No keys and the locks are untested.
Please note that this item is large and heavy. Please make sure before buying that it will fit in and can be maneuvered into the room that it is intended for. The customer will need to provide 1 strong able bodied person(s) for our driver to assist with carrying.
