Antique early Victorian 19C oak chest of drawers.

This is a lovely chest, that is full of age, charm and character.

Fantastic mellow oak colour, with what appears to be the original handles and locks (no key).

The drawers slide freely.

Overall maximum dimensions 94cmW x 45cmD (excluding knobs) x 103.5cmH.

Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs and alterations, as is always the way and to be expected with genuine antique furniture. Internal marks and stains to the drawers as usual. There are some woodworm holes, believed extinct, that we have treated for good measure. The locks have no key and are consequently untested. There is an historic split to one drawer front, but this is well glued and solid now.

Please note that this item is large and heavy. Please make sure before buying that it will fit in and can be maneuvered into the room that it is intended for. The customer will need to provide 1 strong able bodied person(s) for our driver to assist with carrying.
