Highly decorative early 20th.c. Oriental chest c.1930. In solid and fragrant camphorwood with densely carved battle scenes to lid and front, within a floral border and with further oriental scenes to the sides and rear. Decorative brass lock plate with both a traditional Chinese and Western type lock (key supplied). Original short bracket feet carved to match and sliding tray to the inside. Excellent condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops.
