Early 19th century Khula khud iron helmet on a heavy cast iron stand. Has a conical skull which is overall acid etched with animals and hunting scenes. Has Islamic inscription around the base. Fine mail neck guard and a spike to top. In good, sound condition for age and with traces of silver koft gari work.

Approximately 57cm overall on the stand. Helemet 26cm with a diameter of 19cm.
