Early 18th Century Oak Side Table / Lowboy
This is a very handsome oak side table dating to the first half of the 18th Century. It is a provincial country table, of early Georgian framed construction and has turned legs and well designed curved cross stretchers. It has a single full width drawer with D shape mouldings to the front edges, original oak lining, and replacement period brass handles.
The table is in very good antique condition. The front left padfoot is very worn (see photo) but the table stands firm. Excellent colour and patination
