Dining table in Mahogany. seat 10. C 1890
A Mahogany 10 seater dining table circa 1890. This table has been in our workshops for a little tidy up. It has been polished in the recent past so is pretty sound and useable. It has two leaves and shuts to 5ft long. With both leaves in place it is 8ft by 45.5 ins. Sitting on a turned leg, it has plenty of flexibility being useable as it is or with either one leaf or two.
This table is sold as tidy but used, so there are some minor marks and scuffs but nothing serious and in fairness much better than most unrestored antique tables that will be available....... We have at least ,three others of these ten seater (and eight 8 seater) tables that will be French polished for delivery as they are not really in a useable condition without being restored / French polished. This example is however quite useable in its current condition and as such will save the cost of that restoration. It is now in our showrooms is ready for delivery. There are sets of chairs available to go with this table. Priced as it is seen, it is a very keen price for what it is at £1380.00...........SORRY NOW SOLD......... We have fully restored and French polished examples to seat 10 people in superb condition from £1850 to £2250. We have been in business for 40 years and are now coming up to retirement. We are in consequence looking to reduce our stock, Delivery can be arranged with a specialist carrier for around £70 to most areas. We now open by appointment, but we are often open Fridays and Saturdays, but cannot guarantee,( our sign will be out if passing ) it is worth ringing before coming.Tel 01565 874075
