Georgian oak Welsh dresser base from the Conwy valley c.1770. Three drawers over a three door cupboard base. Solid oak construction throughout with shaped door panels typical of those found on the cases of longcase antique clocks made in the Conwy valley market town of Llanrwst during this period. Double panel sides and a fabulous six panel rear. Original oak drawer linings and floor. Excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops, later brass handles.
