Clocking In Time Card Rack
We have 2 oak framed clocking-in time card racks, all originally would have found themselves on the wall possibly of a Bristish Steel Factory at the early part of the 1900's onwards.
When you worked in a factory you had to 'clock' yourself in using a clocking in machine and a time card. The time cards were stored in these racks until you 'clocked' yourself out of work at the end of your shift.
They have so many uses today...
In a kitchen, family to do lists
In an office
Possibly in a restaurant for table orders, the possibilities are endless :)
We have decided to sell these seperately but if you wanted to purchase more than one then the prices are 1 = £175, 2 = £300
Condition...
Oak framed and the card holder inserts are metal. We have cleaned and waxed the wood and removed all cobwebs and dirt from the interior.
There are a few knocks and bangs and some paint on the wooden frames but hey, these were in a factory and were not treated with kid gloves but they are in good solid condition and not falling apart.
No sign of worm.
Dimensions...
Height 37.5 inches
Width 16 inches
depth 3 inches .
