This is a fine vintage original watercolour & ink landscape/waterscape painting by Roy S. Peacock, signed, dated '1989' and titled 'The City Basin, Exeter'.

It depicts various, highly detailed boats on the River Exe, fishermen and buildings in the background, the details of which are also exquisite.

Outstanding precision, symmetry & proportions everywhere in the picture.

Clearly the work of an exceptionally talented artist.

The visible part of the watercolour measures 20 x 28 cm and it's in a 28 x 35.5 cm big basic cardboard frame.

There are some minor marks to the frame, but the watercolour itself is in very good condition for a vintage piece.

It would definitely look much nicer in a new, quality frame.
