Chiffonier Cabinet - Lovely Carvings - c1860

This mirror backed Victorian Chiffonier Cabinet is a lovely example.

It is presented in good condition and benefits from excellent mahogany colour throughout.

The piece exhibits a wonderful carved eagle crest to the top of the mirror back. The cabinet will make a wonderful office, hallway, reception, library or study piece.

The lower cabinet field panel doors open to reveal a useful storage space with single full width shelf. The doors display superb mahogany centre panels with moulded perimeter and carved header. A single long drawer sits above the lower cabinet - this is fitted with brass back-plate handles and configured to appear as a pair.

The central mirror is flanked by outer display shelves supported by turned columns. Ideal for ornaments, lamps or candles.

Overall this piece of antique furniture is in good antique order and will make a beautiful feature in any room.
