Antique carved paint and giltwood standard lamp.

Lovely age, patination and charm....very decorative.

Dates from the early 20th Century, possibly created from a 19C torchiere.

Very attractive and impressive....a rare find.

Will get noticed and would look great in the right location!

Approximate overall dimensions 32cm diameter base x 153cm high (180cm high with shade) x shade diameter 62cm.

The wiring is modern with an earth connection to the lampholder and takes the large bayonet bulbs B22/BC.

There will be some historic knocks, marks, chips, minor damage and repairs as one may expect given the age....but this really adds to the charm. The shade is old, with signs of wear and marks.
