C18th Queen Anne walnut chest of drawers
Early 18th century Queen Anne walnut chest of drawers with herringbone banding, oyster veneers and raised turned feet, circa 1720.
Wonderful original colour and finish to this chest, warm tones and great patina.
Great piece of very decorative antique furniture and something that will look great wherever you place it.
Good condition, drawers all running well and giving good storage. You will notice the handles have been changed over its 300 years of life and has good quality solid brass pierced backplate handles.

33 3/4 inches or 86 cm high
37 3/4 inches or 96 cm wide
21 1/4 inches or 54 cm deep Based in Uppingham, Rutland…having been in the business for 25 years focusing on mostly French and English decorative antiques and interiors from the 18th to the early 20th century, hopefully a collection you will enjoy browsing and hopefully re home some of my finds!
Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
