This is a superb, fine quality Chinoiserie lamp it stands on a shaped wooden base which is has embossed and gold decoration as has the upright, it is in good condition, the wiring seems to be fairly new but should be checked over by a qualified electrician
The shade in the picture does belong to the lamp but the lining is torn
