BIRMINGHAM GUILD OF HANDICRAFT NO 6 ARTS & CRAFTS / ART NOUVEAU PLANISHED BRASS WALL LANTERN

A beautiful & original no 6 hand planished brass Birmingham Guild of Handicraft wall lantern stamped B.G.H. on reverse. Retaining its original tempered glass, light fittings, beautiful hinges and catch mechanism for the base opening door, the condition is easily the best to emerge from the few examples seen on the open market.

Date: c1905

Marks: Stamped BGH on reverse.

Condition: In completely original & untouched condition, 2 minor fatigue marks to one side lantern bar.
