A Mid Century sculptural studio pottery lamp by Bernard Rooke c1960's, having an abstract decoration in a mixture of glazes and finishes in tones of terracotta, brown, green and blue. Complete with an original 60/70's hessian shade. Although unsigned, I have seen signed examples of this lamp. In good condition, no chips or cracks. Rewired & PAT tested.

Shade Diameter 36cm Our stock items are carefully selected by myself and I only buy good quality items which may need small repairs, a clean and a polish. I don't buy any items that need major restoration, but any loose joints are re-glued. Occasionally, some items may have small amounts of historic extinct woodworm, never enough to affect the integrity of the item, and is always treated as a matter of course. We try to describe and show our items the best we can, and we use studio lighting which sometimes lightens the colour slightly on some of the furniture. All lamps are rewired and PAT tested. Every item we sell we would have in our home (some of them have been!!) It is impossible to describe every item fully, so please feel free to email or call for more information or any queries you may have. The items will have no major defects but will show signs of normal age related wear and use. I would prefer the items to show its life rather than strip it and re-polish it, as it's only original once!
