Attractive Very Large Antique Oak Console Table
A lovely oak console table. We date this table to the 1900’s.
The table comes as one large piece, please check measurements for delivery through doors and corners etc.
The table is raised on four sturdy turned legs and is very solid.
There are four drawers to the front fitted with brass drop handles mounted on pierced backplates and are fitted with locks (no key is supplied, one should be obtainable if required).
The table has a height of 35" (89cm), a width of 84" (214cm) and a depth of 28.5" (72cm).
This lovely console table remains in very good solid condition with minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage. There are a number of minor marks and indents on the top surface, some wear to the edges of some drawers and wear to most leg turnings, primarily to the rear. A couple of the lock escutcheons are missing and the bottom four inches of the legs have been replaced at some time in the past.
This remains a very stylish and elegant console table which will continue to provide sterling service for many years to come.
