Attractive Antique 18th Century Oak Demilune Table 18th Century Oak Demilune %%alt5%% %%alt6%%
A lovely demilune drop flap table. We date this table to the early 18th century.

The table sits on three bobbin turned legs with a triangular frame.

The table has a rear drop flap that is supported on a bobbin turned gate leg. The table is circular in shape when opened.

The table has an overall height of 28.5" (72cm), a depth of 23.5” (60cm) and a diameter of 41" (104cm) when opened.

This attractive table remains in a good solid condition with surface markings commensurate with age and usage. There is some minor wear and an age split to the top surface. The table has some old wormholes to the underside of the frame that have been treated twice to make sure.

This remains a very stylish and elegant demilune table. It will continue to provide sterling service for many years to come.
