Arts and crafts Libertys style cabinet / sideboard Arts and crafts leaded glass Libertys %%alt5%% %%alt6%%
A beautiful 19th-century Arts and Crafts oak cabinet/sideboard with a great patina and lovely slimline dimensions, perfect for a console table/stand. This Arts and Crafts cabinet has a Very distinct Liberty & Co feel to it with a beautiful leaded stained and bullet glass cabinet to the top and 2 two shelves underneath. The cabinet has a later added marble top but fits perfectly with the size and style of the cabinet.

Reference: There are excellent examples of similar Liberty & Co cabinets and sideboards (with bullet glass) in Daryl Bennett's Liberty's Furniture 1875-1915 'The Birth of Modern Interior Design', page 140 - 4.111 (The Jacobean sideboard), page 207 - Culloden sideboard in oak
