Arts and crafts brass Bankers Lamp on circular base with bulbous switch, adjustable arm with original slender brass shade. Good patination. We have had this re-wired retaining the original switch. Attributed to Samuel Heath of Birmingham. Comes with PAT test. Measures 46 cm high x 18 cm wide x 13 cm diam (base)
