Unusual late 19th.c. English Art Nouveau or Arts and Crafts magazine stand c.1890. In walnut with two sprung hinged sides to hold magazines or newspapers over a book trough in the base. Attractive Art Nouveau shaped ends and pierced detail to the sides. Original brass handle and ivorine patent label. Excellent condition.
