A lovely Art Deco compact mirror which was crafted by Crisford & Norris in 1937. This slender and dainty compact is embellished with splendid Air Force Blue enamel. The enamel is in excellent condition, as is the whole item. There isn't any enamel loss, damage or fading. Set atop the lid is a finely engraved sterling silver pilot's flying badge.

The interior contains a good clear mirror which gives an accurate reflection. The compact is fully hallmarked. Measures 6.3cm diameter. The catches and hinges work perfectly. Weighs 58.9 grams. An immaculate black velvet pouch is included.

This compact is ideal as a display collectible or stylish handbag mirror.
