Art Deco Dumb Waiter On Swivel Base
Time for a tipple? Finding an art deco wooden dumb waiter isn’t unusual. Finding one like this? Very rare. This is a superb, and rare example, of
a 1930s country house dumb waiter - unusual in not only does he have a ‘3D’ carved head, but the tray also tilts upwards and he swivels on his base. The paint is original, with beautifully patinated scumble finish paint to the tray and swivel base. He is in fabulous condition.
A true one off and this chap is in the premiership when it comes to art deco dumb waiters.
Measuring 98cm tall, 50cm deep including tray, base 41cm x 39cm
