This is an unusual piece, the lamp is heavy, it has a rectangular brass base with swan neck arms, this carries a long cylindrical lamp which swings up and down to adjust the direction of the light
The lamp has good wiring and is fully working
A very attractive piece the lamp is 13” tall , the base is 10” wide 7” deep
