Archibald Knox Pewter Butter Dish

Here we have a rare and superb quality Archibald Knox ( 1864-1933 ) for Liberty & Co designed Pewter and glass butter dish of stunning Art Nouveau style with stamped marks "Made in England" and "English Pewter" and the serial number 0593 and the Solket's Mark, it is raised on three lug feet and pierced and cast in low relief with stylised foliage and complete with it's perfect green glass liner.
