A hand-made pottery figural table lamp made by Anzengruber Keramik of Vienna in Austria in the early 1950s. Leopold Anzengruber 1912 - 1979 set up his workshop in 1949. The black woman is seated cross legged and holds a vase on her head. The lamp base is in excellent condition. These large early hand made african figural pieces of Anzengruber are highly sought after and not always easy to find.
