A gorgeous antique low bench in mahogany. this was made in England & dates from around the 1830-1840’s period.
It is a very useful size, low and long and very sturdy. It is perfect for use as a window seat or bench in a hallway, or even at the foot of a bed.
The quality is superb, this has lovely carving on the legs and has carved cylindrical bolsters on the top edges.
We have had this re-polished, it is in lovely condition for its age. There are various small marks and bumps here and there, commensurate for age. This has a beautiful colour and wonderful patina acquired over the years.
