Antique Victorian Walnut Open Bookcase
An amazing antique Victorian open bookcase in solid walnut. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1860-80’s.
The quality is outstanding, it’s a beautifully designed and very practical piece. The solid walnut carcass has lovely carving on the top corners and sits on very bold turned bun feet. There are three adjustable shelves, also in solid walnut. The colour and patina are gorgeous, it has lovely grain patterns and plenty of character.
We have had this re-polished, the condition is fantastic for its age. There are various small marks and indentations here and there beneath the polish, commensurate for age.

Depth – 16 inches , 41 cm
