MAPLE & CO SIDEBOARD

This is a Superior Quality Sideboard c1875-90. Made from solid Mahogany it is in the Architectural Revival style other wise called Greek Revival. It is raised up on turned bun feet and has two cupboards either side of a dog kennel middle section with central lower drawer underneath. It has three drawers across the top and retains all of its original fittings. The back section has central carving with angles wings carvings either side. The hole sideboard has cavings of urns, swags and garlands of flowers with wings on the top back rail. A superb piece marked with its original label to the inside of the right hand door. Original it has a mirror back top which has long since gone.

A great piece if not a little too heavy.
