A stunning antique chest of drawers in mahogany. This was made in England, it dates from around 1890’s period.

The carving on the drawers fronts is spectacular. The overall design is beautiful and the carving accentuates the straight lined design very nicely.

This is of excellent overall quality, the carving is wonderfully executed, this sits on bracket feet and has nicely turned mahogany handles. There is lots of storage space inside the drawers, which all have fine hand cut dovetailed drawers.

This is in very good overall condition, we have just had it re-polished. There is a lovely rich colour tone and excellent overall patina. The drawer fronts have bowed very slightly over the years, hardly noticeable and quite normal for a chest that is this old. The drawers are still very strong and all run smoothly.
