VICTORIAN CHIFFONIER

This is a Victorian Mahogany Serpentine front Chiffonier c1860-80. It is raised on a plinth base with turned columns to the front. it has two doors with arched moulding and a serpentine front drawer echoing the shape of the Chiffonier. It has a simple moulding around the top and the columns continue to the Chiffonier back supporting a small shelf which is also serpentine shaped. The top is carved and trimmed all the way around and it has great patination. A lovely piece all ways round.
