This is an antique umbrella stand, an English, Victorian, Coalbrookdale of Shropshire, hall stick stand dating to the late 19th century, circa 1890.

Magnificent four port umbrella or stick stand
Stamped Coalbrookdale, No. 249, the design dating to 8th January 1879
Later painted finish in an old English, station red

The top finished with four mushroom finials
The ends with central rosette, topped and footed with scrolled detail
Raised, canted and delineated plinth supporting removable drip tray
