A charming small 19th century cast iron safe in lovely condition. It could be attributed to Coalbrookdale as the decorative casting is crisp but there are no makers stamp.Its more of an item of antique furniture than an item to be tucked away and makes a perfect secure place for your favourite single malt or tipple to keep safe from your self service teenagers!. It sits well on a sturdy chest of drawers and will make an attractive stand alone item for the sitting room or study. It still makes a solid lockable safe, however it will need securing to a floor or wall as a stout person can just about lift it. Viewing is welcome. Please email or phone with any enquiries.
