This is an antique sideboard. An English, Regency server in mahogany dating to the early 19th century circa 1830.

Select mahogany with grain interest throughout
Desirable aged patina in the lustrous, wax polished finish
Displaying Sheraton influence in classic Regency styling

Brass rail to rear featuring shaped posts capped with classical vase finials
Bow-front top surface displays well with a deep polished appeal
Raised on six, square section, tapering legs terminating in spade feet

Cock-beaded cupboard and drawer fronts display well
Dressed with quality lion mask and loop handles
Cupboard to left hand side with working lock and key

Central frieze drawer over bracketed aperture
Right hand cellaret drawer withdraws smoothly
