Antique primitive looking dresser.

Solid oak throughout and very heavy.
Unusual shape.
Brass panel fronted cupboards at the top with rack under with specific spoon rack.
Three small drawers and pot board section beneath.
The oak is thick and the piece is structurally very solid, however the spoon rack is fragile, quite a long expanse of rack with split ends where it meets the sides of the dresser.
We believe this to be a provincial French piece but have been told it may have originated on Jersey!
Very old, well constructed.
Most of the oak boards are 1 inch thick.
It measures 119cms wide (at the cornice - widest point) by 53cms deep at the base by 203cms tall.
