Unusual Meiji Period hardwood corner table that boasts the loveliest chinoiserie decoration both on the bottom, top tier and inside the lift up lid. The lid has an attractive carved fan decoration, it is raised on three shaped legs ending with paw feet. The exquisite decoration against the delightful tone of the wood makes this an exceptionally elegant piece.
