Antique mahogany chest on chest of drawers
Antique 18th Century mahogany tallboy chest on chest of drawers. Attractive canted front corners and toothed cornice.
Lovely age, colour and patina. Drawers slide freely.
Splits into two halves for transport.
No loose joints and the oak lined drawers slide freely.
Overall maximum dimensions: 115cmW x 60cmD x 167cmH.
In good antique condition with historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs and alterations, as is always the way and to be expected with genuine antique furniture. There are no keys and the locks are consequently untested. There are some historic extinct woodworm holes (to be expected), that we have treated for good measure. Later handles and the back of the top half of the chest has been replaced.
The customer will need to provide a strong able bodied person(s) for our driver to assist with carrying.
