Large antique Campaign style pedestal desk in good condition dating from around the 1930-50's period. It's mahogany, with brass corner edges & inset brass military handles, plus carrying handles on the sides. The top has three tooled leather writing surfaces, hand coloured with a natural faded look. The back is also fully polished & the pedestals sit on bracket feet. The drawers have locks & the drawer fronts are inlaid & cross banded. The sides & back are all flame mahogany. It's all nicely polished & has lots of character. This desk has a generous knee-hole space & it separates into three sections for easy transportation.
