A wonderful antique floor lamp in solid wood decorated with lacquered oriental style chinoiserie. This was made in England & dates from around the 1900-10 period.

It is of lovely quality, with beautiful decorations throughout. The lacquered finish has a black undercoat, with predominantly gold, green and red accents.

The condition is very good for its age, there are various signs of age related surface wear, overall this has a beautiful patina. We have had it re-wired with gold flex cable, it is in good working order and has been PAT tested for safety. We have also paired it with this more modern oatmeal coloured shade, which is in excellent condition.
