A fine quality gorge case carriage antique clock. An enamel dial with blued steel hands. A large glass aperture to the top showing the original lever escapement. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the 1/2 hours and hours on a gong. Push button repeating. A sound fretted base panel. Numbered 613. Circa 1865.
