Antique Georgian mahogany compactum wardrobe
I love these compactum wardrobes. They really do bring opulence to a period bedroom and they don't take up as much space as you think (no more than a double wardrobe and chest side by side.)
This wardrobe is Georgian dating to around 1830 or so. It is made in figured mahogany and is unusual in that it is only just over six feet high so won't lower over you!
The wardrobe has two hanging sections either side and a magnificent central press section fitted with slides. The press will hold a lot of bulky items like blankets and duvets as well as shirts and jumpers etc. This wardrobe will hold a lot of clothes!
The wardrobe is in good antique condition. The mahogany is a good colour. This is a beautiful piece of antique furniture.
The wardrobe splits well for carrying up stairways. The base comes off and the two end sections and middle section can be carried separately.
The wardrobe is 72.5 inches high and 22 inches deep and 89 inches wide.

If you require a courier to deliver, do not despair as it is a lot easier to arrange than you would imagine and probably a lot cheaper as well. Most couriers cover most parts of the country on a three week cycle. Once you have booked with them they will get in touch with me directly for collection so you only need concern yourself with the delivery date to you.
You pay the couriers for their service on delivery.
