A superb compact Georgian antique mahogany chest of drawers with the original brass handles and oak linings. Lovely rich colour and patination. Dated circa 1790-1820.

A beautiful quality Regency / Georgian mahogany chest of drawers.
Super smart piece with lovely detailing, including cockbeading, dovetail joints, original brass handles and escutcheons.
All drawers - two short over three long - run smoothly and are oak lined which is a mark of superior quality and craftsmanship.
Sitting on bracket feet which all have minor scuffs, but stands firm and solid. This chest displays well with a wonderful colour and patination. All in a very good antique condition with some loss to the cockbeading and character marks to the top - very much consistent with age and use.
Its compact dimensions make it a versatile and handsome addition to any home. Dated late 18th/ early 19th century.
Delivered lightly polished and ready to place in the home.
