Antique French Rosewood & Kingwood marble top cabinet has plenty of beautiful floral marquetry all over. It has a pull down section which has a hand painted & signed scene. This could be used as a secretaire desk or maybe for drinks. The rouge marble top is original & in good condition. It has gilt bronze mounts, escutcheons & feet, all of which are well cast. This cabinet has small proportions & is serpentine shaped. It's in excellent original condition & I would date it to around the 1890 period, or possibly a bit older.
