A stunning antique French ormolu mounted Kingwood secretaire chest, dating to around the 1920-30’s period.
It is of magnificent quality, this is extremely well made with an exquisite design. There are various woods inlaid in beautiful patterns. It is predominantly king wood, with walnut and mahogany as well. There are high quality, well defined gilt bronze mounts all over, and a fabulous drop down leather top writing area, with a well fitted interior.
This is very sturdy and heavy for its size. It comes with a locking key, and is in excellent condition for its age. We have just had this completely re-polished.

Depth – 14 inches , 36 cm
