This antique mahogany serpentine fronted chest on chest is extremely fine quality & in excellent condition. It has a wonderfully patterned flame mahogany running though all the drawers. The drawers are all graduated in depth, with original brass handles, locks, fine dovetails & solid timber drawer bottoms. This tallboy also has a brushing slide in the middle & sits on bracket feet. The front sides have canted corners with satinwood inlay. It’s antique George III style & dates to around the 1890-1910 period. It comes apart into two sections.
