Antique Engine Indicator, Scottish, Scientific
This is an antique mechanical engine indicator. A Scottish, brass scientific instrument by Dobbie-McInnes of Glasgow, dating to the early 20th century, circa 1920.
Presenting a great deal of mechanical and historical interest
Displays a desirable aged patina
Self contained within a quality wooden case
Industrial grade metal casing to the indicator shows minimal wear
Measures the pressure upon a piston during its combustion cycle
This force is logged to a paper roll attached to the drum
