Antique Edwardian Oak Library Bookcase c1900
Antique Edwardian Oak Library Bookcase and dating from around c1900. Constructed from quality oak it has a cornice top with dental moulding and a bowed frieze.
Below are two doors both of which have six glazed panels with brass handle and working key. Internally are three fully adjustable shelves. The base has a moulded edge to the top with two drawers both of which are oak lined with brass handles below are two panelled doors with brass handle and internal shelf. It stands on a deep plinth base and the top separates from the base for ease of transport.
Measures 92" high x 19.5" depth (base) x 10"internal depth(top)x 44" wide
In very good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our antique furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
