A wonderful antique Edwardian brass and oak dinner gong, made in England and dating from 1900-1910.

It is a wonderful item, large, impressive and of superb quality. There is a label on the solid oak base that reads ‘From the employees of Ware mills, 1907’. The original gong beater is present, the gong emits a beautiful, deep sound when struck.

The condition is excellent for its age. It has a lovely patina, we have had it cleaned and revived, there is no damage to be seen.
