Quality Oak Study Desk - English Victorian - c1870
A superbly presented and very solidly crafted Victorian English oak writing desk c1870.
The desk is one piece and very robust with quality solid oak throughout showing pleasing grain and desirable colour.
With a central drawer plus a quartet of drawers on either flank the desk provides superb practicality.
The upper provides a moulded edge detail and is excellently presented.
Rising from a classic continuous plinth the desk shows twin field panel sides. A generous knee-height of 60cm (23.6") adds to the practicality.
Quality ornate handle pulls are present.
Delivered waxed, polished and ready for the home.
